On his latest expedition, Dr. Rick Marshall (Ferrell) is sucked into a space-time vortex alongside his research assistant (Friel) and a redneck survivalist (McBride). In this alternate universe, the trio make friends with a primate named Chaka (Taccone), their only ally in a world full of dinosaurs and other fantastic creatures. Can they all make it back to our world alive, and if so: Will Dr. Marshall can go from zero to hero with his discoveries?.
I can count on one hand the amount of times this movie made me laugh, the background and dino`s where very good cg work as for Will he gets less and less funny with every movie I see him in 4/10.
It is a big overblown ball of hollywood junk, You don't gonna get a good review by making a movie out of a bad tv show Will Ferell used to be a funny guy, but with movies like this and Anchorman on his credit, I've now grown to associate him with words like "lame" and "unfunny".
